Schiphol Airport, KLM and Vanderlande are working together to prepare the airport of Amsterdam for baggage handling of 70 million bags in 2015. Verloop Innovatie guided them through a creative breakthrough process. The power of this workshop was the step to really think out-of-the-box, and find a total new perspective on the issue of baggage handling.
