Philips Households Products Singapore has become one the most successful departments within Philips Electronics. We involved the designers, engineers, management team, accounting and buyers in a series of training sessions to help them think ‘out of the box’ in their everyday work. Participants used real world challenges during this training and walked away with proven techniques resulting in a strong culture of common sense, creativity and innovation.
