Yes, We Can is a community canning project. We can fruits and vegetables from local farmers during their peak season. Join and you’ll be able to savor the flavors of summer all year long, either by simply buying a box of canned apricot jam, pickles, or tomatoes, or by signing up for a workshare and participating in the processing and canning.
